II,Structures

 1, furnace body: the shell is made of δ6mm welded rolling steel plate, the bottom plate and panel are δ14mm Furnace-lining is all made of fiber, the relative-brick furnace is energy-saving at about 30%, using high-quality long-fiber pricking blanket as raw materials, which are  processed  into 300 × 300 × 250 with special equipment, and some are left during the processing to ensure that each piece of ceramic fiber expands in different directions so that the molds are connected to each other without seam, achieving good thermal storage, besides,  the products can be easily and quickly produced, and can be fixed directly to the stainless steel rivets on the furnace steel shell The advantages are low thermal conductivity and low thermal capacity compared to the other products The parts riveted are set on the cold side of the furnace, strengthening the high temperature resistance strength of the fiber   Heating elements are made of high temperature resistance alloy which is coiled in the shape of "V" belt, hung at the side of the furnace, and fixed with high alumina ceramic nail, simple and safe

2, furnace bottom: cast by high-temperature resistance casting material 

3, furnace lid: the face of the lid is made of δ10mm steel plate, and the bottom is made of δ6mm stainless steel, high temperature resistance water cycle sealed motor is installed on the lid top, shaft and fan blade are all made of 310 stainless steel, and will not be deformed at the high temperatures of 950 °C, while the inside of furnace will be at the same temperature as a result of the circulation wind produced by the fan

5 Electrical control cabinet: Temperature is regulated automatically by 3 separate control units by intelligent programming. Temperature is also regulated automatically by solid state relay and PID controllers Heating( high-speed heating prior to 750°C), holding and cooling (speed regulated) as well as inner-chamber temperature measurement, control, paper-free recording and temperature limit are all regulated automatically as per the pre-set process curve. Speed of the convection fan can be adjusted by a Shinko temperature controller. Other electric elements are quality products made in China. 

III Application

1 The vacuum resistance furnaces find wide application in stretching, glazing and annealing of all types of ferrous and nonferrous metal wires, strips, pipes and profiles.

2 Oxygen-free annealing  Different shielding gases shall be applied depending on the circumstances

IV  Precautions

1 When the furnace is not in service, it shall be covered to prevent foreign objects from falling into the chamber. Electric resistance ribbon shall always be clean and free of corrosive substances to avoid breaks in the circuit.

2 Rupture of electric resistance ribbons in the furnace chamber will not occur when used in a proper way. Should breaks occur due to human or mechanical factors, back-up resistance ribbons shall be welded to the broken part with stainless steel electrodes.
